Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

All purchases made through EviraLabs are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for subscription fees, once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

2. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Our services are provided as digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital products and services, the following are non-refundable:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Setup and onboarding fees
  • Add-on features or additional usage
  • Any fees for completed services

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued solely in the following circumstances:

  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction
  • Where there is a documented material failure of the service attributable to EviraLabs, at our sole discretion
  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our part

To request consideration of a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at support@eviralabs.com within 14 days of the charge.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
