By accessing or using EviraLabs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have parental or guardian consent if you are under 18.
EviraLabs provides an AI-powered call receptionist service designed for dental and healthcare practices. Our service handles inbound calls, manages appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations on behalf of our customers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. EviraLabs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
If you use our services in connection with protected health information (PHI), you agree to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with EviraLabs. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers.
All intellectual property rights in the EviraLabs platform, including software, AI models, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of EviraLabs Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EviraLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
